The Bio-Med Devices 2001F Oxygen Blender 2001F is equipped with a 50 psi DISS oxygen fitting located on the bottom port, along with a 0-15 lpm flow meter positioned closely to an integrated bleed control switch. This design facilitates higher flow utilization from the bottom port. When the 12 lpm bleed flow is not required, it can be deactivated by turning the flow meter forward. Subsequently, when flows below 15 lpm are necessary and the flow meter is returned to the upright position, the bleed flow is automatically activated. If this feature is only required for flows of 15 lpm or less, it is advisable to consider the Low Flow model.
